Please Complete The Following Forms When You Are Registering For A Course Or Activity
COVID 19 DECLARATION
THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO ALL IN-PERSON TRAINING.

Students will be required to sign a Declaration of Health and COVID Exposure (located below) to confirm the following as defined by the CDC (Centers for Disease Control):

Not presenting any of the following symptoms of COVID-19; shortness of breath, fever, cough, loss of taste or smell, vomiting or diarrhea, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, runny nose, nor have I in the last 14 days.

Not tested positive or suspected as having COVID-19 in the last 14 days.

Not had a high-risk exposure to a COVID-19 infected individual within the last 14 days.

Not traveled outside of Canada within the last 14 days.

We ask that students who are sick, or unable to confirm all of the above statements, excuse themselves from in-person participation until they are feeling well again and able to confirm these statements.

Course participant numbers have been reduced and training will be set up to allow for two-meter physical distancing of all Individuals.

Courses will take place outdoors when possible.

Students are responsible to bring their own PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) to include 3-ply masks, gloves and eye protection and wear them during the course when instructed to do so.

To match the current governing guidelines, all participants must wear a face mask, covering the nose and mouth, in indoor settings. In outdoor settings, so long as physical distancing is in place, masks are optional at the discretion of the instructor.

Refusal or repeated failure to comply with Wilderness Rescue Solutions health and safety procedures may lead to dismissal from the course with no tuition refund.
